Two reasons why you’re stuck

The reason you can’t scale is because you’re stuck in operations.

To grow you need to work ON your business, and to do that you need time.

How do you create time? It’s actually simple. Only 2 things are stopping you:

1. Manual, repetitive tasks (that should be fully automated)

2. Having too many responsibilities (that should be delegated)

You’re going to have to learn to let go. It’s the only way.

The good news is that it’s never been easier to automate processes, and with the right systems, you can turn nervous delegation into effortless delegation.

But you should focus on automating what you can, first.

Robots > Humans

They’re easier to train, predictable, less prone to error, and… a lot cheaper.

But, only some things can (or should) be automated. That’s where SOP navigators and accountability systems come in.

You haven’t automated your business because you don’t know how. And you haven’t delegated enough because you fear the results. This is exactly what I help founders within my Scale w/ Freedom program.

Once you’ve removed yourself from operations by automating and delegating, then and only then, will you have enough time to focus on vision and growth.

It’s simply too difficult and exhausting otherwise. And not to mention a lot less fun.

First, automate. Then, delegate. And then you can figure out the growth part.

You’ll know you got some solid systems when you’re able to wake up and proactively work ON your business rather than reactively handle tasks.
