For way too long,
I clung to my leads and clients like a toddler grips a Happy Meal toy…
→ had to be the one who booked the call
→ I had to be the one who messaged them
→ had to be the one that delivered the service
Because in my head, they were thinking:
“Wait... I signed up to talk to you, boss man. Not some intern with a Calendly link”
But here’s what I really learned…
They don’t care about you.
Not even a little.
Prospects and clients don’t give two clicks about who’s doing the “stuff”.
They only care about one thing:
Fixing their dang problem. That’s it.
If the pain goes away? They’re thrilled.
If it doesn’t? Then, and only then, they start looking around like:
“Where’s the wizard who promised to make my problems disappear?”
So yes, obviously you need solid systems.
And good people.
But too often, the biggest handbrake on your growth,
is You.
Not because you suck,
but because you won’t let go.
You’re gripping your business like it’s the last floaty at a pool party.
And if you just handed off the inbox…
…freed yourself from the calendar…
…and stopped trying to be customer service, sales rep, and CEO all at once?
You’d grow faster than a chia pet on creatine.
Ok, ok, so how do we do this?
Start with one thing you’ve been clutching too tight.
Give it to someone else. Watch what happens.
Spoiler: The world won’t burn down.
If it does, then we need to talk, asap.
But you’ll be one step closer to being the driver instead of the passenger of your business.
More space. More room for growth.
And here’s one more tip to help you make this happen…
Don’t worry about a perfect “SOP”, just record yourself doing it once.
That’s all you need.

→ delegate
Don’t overcomplicate it.
