Your email strategy should not look like this:
→ send 5 emails in a week → disappear for 2 months → "SURPRISE! Big promo!!”
...yeah — your list is probably colder than a DM from someone selling crypto.
Here’s a the 3-part system that has worked for me. One that's...
→ easy to maintain → keeps me top of mind → primes people to buy when the time is right
Part 1 - Email your list once a week
Just ONE valuable, useful, punchy email. 2–3 min read. One action they can take today.
When you show up consistently with VALUE, your people will start looking forward to hearing from you.
Like a Netflix series they actually want to binge.
Part 2 - Every 90 days
Time to pitch your product, service, or offer.
By now, your list knows you. Likes you. Trusts you. You’ve earned the right to make the ask.
Go hard. Close deals. Cha-ching.
Part 3 - Monthly hand raisers
Drop in a soft hand-raiser. Something like: “Want to test out my latest [cool free thing/resource /trial/workshop]?"
This is like fishing for warm leads — the people already leaning forward.
You’ll be surprised how many bite.
That’s the cadence that’s worked well for me:
- Weekly value
- Quarterly pitch
- Monthly hand-raiser
Rinse, repeat. Let the magic happen.
