What’s one thing you can do to make scaling your online business as easy as finding sand at the beach?
Nail down a killer offer.
For me, that means using something called The Perfect Offer framework.
I’ll break it down for you in just a sec. But first…
Let me quickly explain why having a solid offer impacts not only sales but every single area of your business.
It’s like rocket fuel for every part of your business engine. Without it, you’re just coasting.
The offer you present ripples out and shapes:
- your ads
- your content
- your outreach
- your sales calls
- your onboarding
- your client communications
- your ongoing client delivery
A simple, streamlined offer makes it easier to market, sell, and deliver - removing a lot of friction from your entire operation.
So, how do you create The Perfect Offer?
Here’s the exact framework I use (and paid thousands of dollars to learn):
→ Step 1: Create 3 Outcome Buckets
Think about all you do for clients. Can you boil it down to 3 clear outcomes you help them achieve? (of course you can)
Here’s mine:
- Leads every day
- Clients every week
- Effortless delivery
That’s the first step - simplify what you offer into 3 buckets of results.
→ Step 2: Identify The 3 Core Problems
Now, let’s link each outcome to a frustration clients actually feel.
You’re aiming to use their words, not yours, to describe these pain points...
Mine look like this:
- Inconsistent leads → Leads every day
- Endless rejections → Clients every week
- Broken ops → Effortless delivery
If your offer doesn’t address a real pain point, it won’t resonate.
→ Step 3: Simplify the “How’s”
Here’s where we package things up…
What are 2-3 things you’ll implement for each outcome to get them results?
Then, give these steps catchy names to stand out like a disco ball at a library.
Example of mine:
Leads every day → The Content Generator, The Lead Generator, The DM Qualifier
If it sounds like a unique system, framework, or tool, you’re on the right track.
Now, when you or your team jump on a sales call, you can:
1. Mention the frustrations holding them back (from Step 2)
2. Follow up with the dream outcome they’re aiming for (from Step 1)
3. Walk them through how you’ll make that outcome happen (from Step 3)
Update your marketing and sales to focus on these pain points and the results you’re promising.
And voilà - your offer is set up to scale.
I’ll dive into more details another time on how this can also simplify operations, but at least you’ll have an offer that's set up to scale.
