Stop worrying about trying to automate everything.
Wait, but you tell me to automate, now youāre telling me not to?
No, Iām saying that automation is a bonus, but systemizing is the real goal.
That can be confusing, I know.
Give me a minute and I promise this concept will help you scale your business more simply.
The truth is, that automation is incredibly powerful.
You already know I love automation like a kid loves Christmas morning.
But many things canāt (or shouldnāt) be automated.
Thereās no denying that.
Things likeā¦
ā engaging with your audience
ā follow-ups for high-ticket offers
ā or handing your inbox (which I delegated - phew)
Getting stuck in an automation loop can be a lot like trying to untangle a ball of Christmas lights.
(whatās up with all the Xmas lingo? not sureā¦ one lead to the next)
At the core, we just want things to get done, predictably and well.
Thatās what matters most.
So if automating makes sense, yippie! One thousand percent, do it.
But if it canāt or you simply donāt know how,
then you need to systemize and delegate.
And thatās what SOPs and accountability systems are for.
This is still a great first step, and one worth celebrating.
Because it gets you one step closer to removing yourself from the process.
And while automation would help your profit margins,
the goal is to have systems that allow you to exit operations so you can focus more on growth.
Capiche?
So systemize more and worry about automating (a little) less.
