If you want to scale your agency or online service in 2025, there’s only three things you need to nail:
→ Leads (Are people finding you?)
→ Conversions (Are they buying from you?)
→ Delivery (Are you keeping them happy enough to stick around?)
And that last one? It’s really about Lifetime Value (LTV).
If your operations are a hot mess, clients will churn faster than a bored teenager on TikTok, and your LTV? It’ll come crashing down real quick.
Bottom line: everything you do should move the needle in one of these three areas.
If it doesn’t? It’s probably busy work in disguise.
Take “implementing a new CRM tool” as an example. Sounds fancy…
But if conversions aren’t the issue, that shiny new toy won’t make it rain.
Growth happens when you laser-focus on solving the right problem - not playing whack-a-mole with a hundred “meh” ones.
I should know. I used to be that guy.
Obsessed with automating everything, drowning in tech stacks, and creating… complexity.
And complexity? It’s a business killer.
My point? Your job as a founder is simple (not easy, but simple):
1. Get leads every day
2. Convert those leads every week
3. Deliver your perfect offer so smoothly it’s like butter on warm toast
Before you dive into your next big project, ask yourself:
→ What’s my biggest bottleneck right now?
→ And is this going to help fix that?
To take it one step further…
→ Is this the one thing we can do that will take the least amount of effort to solve this problem?
I write this mostly to remind myself, but I hope it helps you too as we head into 2025.
