Step 3: Build Your Search

You want a list size of 1-5k.

Smaller? Too narrow. Bigger? Too wide. Aim for that sweet spot.

Step 4: Start Connecting

Once they accept, it’s go-time.

But here’s the golden rule:

- Don’t be stiff—be casual

- Don’t be selfish—be helpful

- Don’t pitch—build a relationship first

DMs aren’t cold emails, so don’t treat them that way. And yes, you’ll need to do this consistently - every day for a while.
