When I ask a founder…
“What kind of clients do you work with?”
And they say, “Oh, a bit of this, a bit of that.”
I already know why they can’t scale.
They’re not running one business. They’re running three mini ones at the same time—and struggling with all of them.
Why does this happen? Because niching down feels like saying NO to money.
But here’s the truth…
There are already unlimited leads that fit your perfect client criteria.
And even if you worked 24/7 with zero sleep, you still wouldn’t be able to help all of them.
So why waste time chasing the wrong ones?
Instead, go all-in on your perfect client—the ones who:
✅ Can afford your service
✅ You actually like working with
✅ Has the exact problem you solve better than anyone else
Saying NO feels like a short-term loss. But saying YES to the wrong clients?
That’s a long-term disaster.
You’re doing your business and your clients a disservice.
Because when you take on the wrong clients…
❌ You deliver weaker results
❌ Clients don’t stick around
❌ Everything becomes custom, messy, and inefficient
In short? More stress, less money.
So how do you fix it?
1️⃣ Define your Perfect Client
2️⃣ Build a lead gen system that lets you confidently say NO to everyone else
(and stop depending on flaky funnels like inbound + random referrals)
Scaling is hard enough. Don’t make it harder by saying yes to the wrong people.
Say NO more. So you can help and grow more.
If you can’t, double down on the two steps above until you can.
