Too many agencies and consultants ask their leads: "What do you need?â
They let the prospect lead.
And it kills deals.
Great service providers say: âHereâs the plan.â
Because prospects donât really know what they need.
They want a map and a cure.
A clear next step that doesnât feel like guesswork.
Theyâre the patient. Youâre the doctor. Act like it.
Yesâask smart questions to diagnose.
But then? You lead.
By prescribing one repeatable, reliable path.
Because if your solution isnât streamlined, your business wonât scale. Period.
Unless youâre looking to charge really, really high ticket, custom plans will kill your growth.
I see this mess all the time.
And I get itâevery client feels unique.
Every problem looks like a snowflake.
But the truth is: You donât need to help everyone. You only need to help the right someone.
IF your goal is scale with minimal migraines (or scale at all), you need to:
â get scarily good at one specific problem â stop playing therapist to everyone with a wallet â prescribe the one solution you can repeat in your sleep
And if you think,
âBut I donât have enough people who fit my perfect offerâŠâ
Well, you donât have a niche problem. Youâve got a lead gen problem.
And trust me, you can 1000% streamline your offer.
I know because weâve done this, a lot, a lot.
With many different types of agencies and all kinds of offers.
Family doctors donât perform heart surgery. They refer patients to the cardiologist. Be the cardiologist.
One that does the same surgery, over and over again.
Boring scales, really well.
But I promise it wonât feel boring when you can impact 10 times as many clients.
