Too many agencies and consultants ask their leads: "What do you need?”
They let the prospect lead.
And it kills deals.
Great service providers say: “Here’s the plan.”
Because prospects don’t really know what they need.
They want a map and a cure.
A clear next step that doesn’t feel like guesswork.
They’re the patient. You’re the doctor. Act like it.
Yes—ask smart questions to diagnose.
But then? You lead.
By prescribing one repeatable, reliable path.
Because if your solution isn’t streamlined, your business won’t scale. Period.
Unless you’re looking to charge really, really high ticket, custom plans will kill your growth.
I see this mess all the time.
And I get it—every client feels unique.
Every problem looks like a snowflake.
But the truth is: You don’t need to help everyone. You only need to help the right someone.
IF your goal is scale with minimal migraines (or scale at all), you need to:
→ get scarily good at one specific problem → stop playing therapist to everyone with a wallet → prescribe the one solution you can repeat in your sleep
And if you think,
“But I don’t have enough people who fit my perfect offer…”
Well, you don’t have a niche problem. You’ve got a lead gen problem.
And trust me, you can 1000% streamline your offer.

With many different types of agencies and all kinds of offers.
Family doctors don’t perform heart surgery. They refer patients to the cardiologist. Be the cardiologist.
One that does the same surgery, over and over again.
Boring scales, really well.
