3 Steps To Increase The Probability Of Achieving Your Goal by 90%

Even if you have a large team of assistants, you still have to clarify what you want and put the wheels in motion. Nothing will replace this or make it optional.

I’ve created and tried many different types of project plans and templates to help me create momentum and increase my chance for success.

When clarifying the Why for your goal, you may realize that there isn’t a strong enough reason to proceed saving you countless hours of your time and money.

Alternatively, a strong Why will give you the energy and excitement you need to stick with it long enough and experience success.

This is the next physical, visible activity that progresses something toward completion. It should be so clear and simple that it needs very little thinking or effort to complete.

Every time you start working on a project, you spend too much time clarifying and remembering where you left off and what you have to do next. This phase can be completely eliminated saving you hundreds of hours and expediting your results.

Too many ideas end up dying a slow death because a single Next Action is never identified.

This is a time management system that segments your day into blocks of time. Each block is dedicated to a particular activity or task. Time Blocking determines the what, when and how long (much better than to-do list).

For additional accountability and satisfaction, you can color your time blocks green when complete.

I’m not against more thorough project plans. If you make time to plan your projects and goals in more detail, even better.

But for me these 3 steps are non-negotiable, take minutes to do, and will significantly increase your chance of success.
