Ever been on a sales call where the prospect says “This sounds great!”…

…and then ghosts you harder than a Tinder date from 2019?

Yeah. That tends to happen when there’s no clear next step.

That’s what used to happen to one of our clients…

Great offer. Smart founder. Solid team.

But their sales calls were ending like bad movie plots.

No “what happens next”.

No roadmap.

Just a vague “we’ll be in touch”.

(yeah, right)

So here’s what we did:

Built a crystal-clear onboarding path.

Something even a lost puppy could follow.

Something like…

→ Week 1 → We do X together (simple, tangible win)

→ Month 1 → You’ll see Y start happening (momentum kicks in)

→ Month 2 → Z is fully live and driving results (boom, value delivered)

And most importantly… the first step…

Just one action to start the machine.

Because confused buyers… don’t really exist.

But prospects who know what happens next are way more likely to pull the trigger.

Moral of the story?

Clarity closes.

Give your prospects a clear-as-day “Do this, then that” path.

Make it stupid clear.

Then watch your sales do burpees.

The more questions they have, the less ready they are.
