By raising the prices of your legacy clients.

Because I got an easy 5-step process for you that Iâve seen work, time and time again.
Let me start by making the assumption that you are in fact, undercharging.
You give your clients your brain, your weekends, your extra brain cells, and charge like youâre still in your first year of business.
âOk, yeah, that sounds like me. But how do I actually do itâŚ?â
Hereâs the trick most people miss:
Itâs not what you say. Itâs how you say it.
And hereâs exactly how - if you follow this process, youâll raise prices:
1. Start by celebrating their wins
âSince we started working together, youâve [insert big, juicy result]. Watching your growth has been epic.â
2. Reference internal improvements youâve made for them
âWeâve added [new tools, team, systems] to help you hit your goalsâ
3. Hint at whatâs next
âAnd weâve got more [exciting changes] thatâll make progress even faster.â
4. Clarify that prices have already increased since starting to work together
âWhile new clients are already paying our updated rate, Iâve kept your current price the same for as long as possible.â
5. Then bring it home.
âTo maintain the level of service youâve come to expect (and deserve), your rate will be adjusted slightly. But not yet - starting in a couple monthsâ
Then⌠the magic lineâŚ
âBut youâll still be paying less than new clientsâ, but this small increase helps me continue giving you the time, focus, and results youâve come to expect.â
Boom.
You start by hitting them with wins and making them feel good about your work.
And end with the fact that theyâre still going to benefit from a special rate.

When you make your price increase about their benefit, better service, faster results, more support, you get:

â More money

And the best part?
Your clients will respect you more for it.
Because people trust pros who value their time and results.
