Keeping track of leads is challenging.

No matter what tool or software you’re using, leads always slip through the cracks.

I guarantee that you have some amount of leads that weren’t followed up at the right time. And because of that, never became paying clients.

Follow-ups are great, don’t get me wrong. But there’s an even more important (and simple) system you can implement so you never lose a lead again.

Never lose a lead again… Not sure about you but just saying those words feels refreshing.

How do you never lose a lead again? With one simple evergreen funnel.

Everyone talks about funnels but I don’t see them implementing the most important piece. The evergreen part.

Most funnels get leads to take action, get some follow-ups, and maybe book a call. Then when they don't buy, they’re forever forgotten.

But the reality is that most people won’t be ready to buy, NOW. That’s why industry standards reference 30-40% close rates (on the higher end).

Evergreen means, no matter what, everyone will continue to hear from you, in a none-sales-y way so you can stay top of mind for when they’re ready.

What’s the easiest way to stay top of mind? A weekly newsletter with a super signature at the bottom.

You may be thinking, I can’t manage a weekly newsletter…

Fine. Do it monthly. But you’re likely overcomplicating it.

They only need to be 1-3 minutes. The shorter the better. Just share one simple actionable tip. And if you’re already creating some content, you can start repurposing.

The final piece is adding a super signature - At the end of every newsletter, add a PS listing out 1-3 ways how you can help them when they’re ready. That’s all (like this email).

If you make sure that every funnel or call booked gets added to your newsletter (with a simple welcome email letting them know what to expect), you’ll effectively never lose a lead again.

Stop overcomplicating things.

Fancy funnels are good. Simple ones are better.
