Founders hate repeating themselves.
Particularly in their content…
They feel like they need to come up with something new to talk about every time.
“I already said this…”
“They should KNOW this by now…”
“Am I turning into a broken parrot?”
I sure hope so… That would be a good thing.
Because your audience does not live inside your head.
They’re busy.
They’re distracted.
They’re scrolling while brushing their teeth, half-watching Netflix.
So when you say the same idea once? They miss it.
Say it twice? Maybe they hear it. But won’t remember it.
Say it ten times? Now it starts to click.
This is why sales get easier when you repeat yourself.
You actually want to say the same core ideas in
- posts
- emails
- calls
- DMs
- podcasts
- sales pages
Because when you don’t…
- you add a whole lot of pressure on you and your team
- ideas won’t simmer and resonate with your audience
- and you won’t be known as the expert in the space
All while slowing down your business growth.
Trust me, you will get bored a lot quicker than your audience will.
But boredom is not a warning sign.
It usually means your message is finally starting to land.
Think about your favorite songs.
The first time?
“Eh.”
The tenth time?
“Okay, this is nice.”
The hundredth time?
You’re screaming the lyrics in the car like it owes you money.
That’s also how your content works.
Which is why having a system to repurpose content matters.
One idea.
Many formats.
No reinventing the wheel on Monday mornings.
Repeat if you want to win.
